Eye twitching

Well in like the last week or so, no idea why but my left eye suddenly starts twitching for a bit and then stops..
first few days just ignored it and put it to lack of sleep, but recently ive made sure im getting 9 hours+ but randomly it starts twitching again... was very irritating when i was in the middle of a driving lesson...
the thing is its only my left eye and i cant find a reason for it twitching.. anyone got any ideas? and if so how i can get it from being so damn annoying -.-

Is it the eyelid? It's from stress or tiredness. Massage it a bit and do something to relax more.

I had the same thing for a month maybe before my Cambridge interviews. I'd say it's very related to stress. Just wait for the stressful situation to pass if it is something special or otherwise you'll have to change your daily/weekly routines to cut down on the stress you experience.

I had the same thing, it happens now and then and just passes, it almost feels like a pulse in my eye, not so much a twitch though. Itd happen for a couple of seconds and just pass and id forget about it. Very random!

I've had it. I stopped reading so much, slept more etc and it didn't stop.
Had my eyes tested and they are fine optician didn't say much about it either.
I don't really get it now...not as stressed.

well...for me it aint my eye....its one of my fingers...it suddenly twitches...and its outta my control. I'll just watch it...happens for a couple of seconds...then dies out! :rolleyes:

lol its more the bit just under the eye..
and maybe it is being on the computer too much hmm...
but before i used to be on like 10 hours straight :P and lately its 3 or 4 hours max all day, and thats spread out over the day..
the stress thing... hmmm got results already and did good, what else is there to be stressed about? *has a happy life*

I get it when I'm tired, it usually goes away after a couple of nights of really good sleep.

I get the same thing, its like an uneven pulse that beats in my right eye from time to time. I usually just ignore it, now that I think about it I had an eye test today and probably should have mentioned it to the optician. I think it's just a nervous twitch.
