changing email address is student finance

Hey, I have been having troubles recieving emails in my current email account. So im intending on changing my email address. The thing is, I forgot my username and password in my student finance account. After I entered my customer ref number and personal info it said that the new password has been sent to my email address. However, there's still nothing in my inbox. I have now just created a gmail account, how do I get my new password into my new account instead of my old one? would I need to ring someone up to say that I want to change my email address? Thanks.

If you can't sign in then your only option is for you to phone them and ask them to change it.
