General Custer is his real name.. but socialist_cook said people who go to Cuths are Cuthsters... so I just changed it..

Tsk! You obviously haven't had it drilled into you by bad jokes in American Kids' TV.
General Custer was a 'hero' in the war against the 'red indians', but kinda got massacred, in the infamous "Custer's Last Stand".

    1. People from Trevs tend to be referred to as Trevelyanites....however some also say "Trevsmen" or "Trevswomen" ....DO NOT CALL US "TREVORS" OR "TREVSTERS"

    2. Adam, Trevs shop is not called "The Butterys"....it's called "The Buttery". Yes, it's a weird name...I have no idea why it's called that, but it is. Anyway, I'm trying to remember which college's shop committee it was contacting Trevs shop committee last year to ask us all about our high-tech shift signup system (which was designed by a Trevs student)....whilst they were back in the dark ages of having to e-mail shifts to the staffing officer? Oh yeah....Collingwood (who have now actually got the system off said Trevs student) :p:

On a similar note, what do people call Durham students? I've taken the lead of the Oxonians and chosen to use "Dunelmians". Any thoughts? "Durhamite" just sounds so...pants....

And Oli - the Dunelm thing, I think actually you're meant to write "Dunelm" after your name, rather than Durham  Don't understand why, but it's the way it seems!

Becca - so I'm the biggest and best. I even beat you at being a poo, shows how crappy you are :p:

Dunelm is the Latin name for Durham isn't it? Same as if you're degree is from Cambride you put 'cantab' after it (short for Cantabris I think....)
Thank god we have a linguist around :p:
