Hey, Can anyone give me any info on Dalton-Ellis Hall...Thatz the accomadation the university offered me...Whatz it like and how are the bathrooms, etc.etc

Where abouts in Dalto ellis r u goin to stay? I stayed in Pankhurts court 2 yrs ago! Was excellent. The cleaned rooms. Overall its a good hall!

Dalton's a bit sh*t really, in the middle of the no-man's-land of Victoria Park...the deadest place in Manchester...

but it'll be whatever you make it I guess...just make sure you get a house in Fallowfield next year.

Thanks for the info...Yea i heard it was a bit Crap...I'm not entirely sure whereabouts i'm staying...All it says in the contract is Dalton Ellis Hall -Graham Room No. 1.24...so no clue-just know that it has a washbasin...

Can i change my room once i get there?

i visited dalton ellis and really really liked!! I put it down as my second choice..

Grahams a nice block to be in though. Id say Dalton is really nice, the hall itself is good, the only downer is the location. Its quiet but I suppose like people say its what you make of it.

im in dalton ellis, when i visited, yeah it was quiet but really nice, a few of my mates have stayed there and they enjoyed it. its not far away from oxford road anyway if hectic and busy is ur thing!

ive not eaten there but i presume anythings better than my cooking lol think the bathrooms really depends on the block. sutherland is ensuite so there nice :smile:

its just what you make of it though isnt it, like anything really!

i think only sutherland block has ensuite so if your in there you have it all :smile:

Its true, my mate got mugged TWICE (in one term) on his way to the shops. Lost his mobile, money and a black eye, but it could have been worse.

Apparently, it wan't even dark when he got mugged, and "they came out of nowhere".
