    I was only asking, not assuming, hence the question mark. I already told her that if she's fat, she should exercise more, to get rid of the fat - which is my advice if she has a problem with the fat and if that's the reason for her getting the stretch marks. I'm not sure if it qualifies for 'solid advice', but I can only try my best.
