I feel special because I bought one of the 'University of Durham' American-style hoodies in May when I visited, so I won't have to buy one that says 'Durham University' And I know that most of my money this term will probably go toward Castle stash, because I currently own almost every article of stash that my boarding school had. Some of it more than once
wots the prob w durham university? and y did it change? jus coz ppl r sayin it? i think it shud say university of durham coz thats its tradition but i still say durham uni personally
Perhaps we should buy-up all the 'University of Durham' things before they replace them all with the inferior 'Durham University' and the god-awful purple blob of a 'crest'.
Can anybody comment on the sizing of the official Durham uni clothes? How small is small and how large is large? I like those hooded tops oversized but not drowning me! x
I tend to find that all stash clothing is a size larger than I would normally wear!! It comes up a bit bigger than clothes you might buy from Burtons for example. Is this generally most peoples experience? Or just me?
I wear it all the time in Essex to piss off the chavs.
Ledgend. I'll have to buy one myself now.
Back to the whole purple blob affair, I don't mind said blob (as I've mentioned somewhere), but don't think it should have cost an extortionate amount of money. So...
I hate this current trend of making things more trendy and politically correct. There is nothing wrong with "University of Durham." I bet soon they are going to adopt a slogan like "Valuing diversity" or "People driven"

Would it be a bit geeky of me to order a hoodie now online so I can get the American one before it changes to Durham University? Or will they still be selling them in freshers week?
On the letters it says: 'Shaped by the past, creating the future' or something like that. Why on earth am I up at this time typing silly things?!
Because you're a future law student and we are known for our party animalism? Or maybe you're a hopeless geek who's been playing with his Lego until 4 am
I like the former more, actually, it reflects better on the members of our much-disliked proffession.
I like the vomiting face - very cool. I came in at 3 and, well, didn't feel tired so I did the coolest thing - had a look on TSR. I also had a cheese toastie with soy sauce - try it!
