Debenhams Staff Help! RE Uniform

Hi

I'm starting in a new store and they've just posted out a uniform order form. Without any sort of pictures or guidance. I'm pretty sure the nearest Debenhams to me doesn't have uniform, otherwise I would scout it out!

Anyway, does anybody know what on earth the men's uniform is?
Would you recommend Jacket or Waistcoats?

(Bit random I know, but I don't fancy wearing something I hate for a year or so)

I don't know if you still need the information.. however, if you're going to be a sales adviser, you'll need the polo or shirt (not sure what it comes under) a jacket(which most people don't bother wearing anyway) and black trousers (of which you can generally wear your own, unless you want to wear their cargo ones). I wouldn't worry about the waistcoat or any of the other stuff that is on the form really.

Also, the shirt is black with a pink lining on the collar and the jacket is black too.. it's not a horrible uniform so don't worry.
