Depends on who you ask:

I'd say - funny, intelligent, good listener, down to earth, sexy (sexiness is more of a personality trait than based on looks)

Be cool and calm and slightly cheeky, dont be shy to tell her how beautiful or sexy she is, make it known you want her as a potential lover not friend. smile and be warm plus show her some of your intelligence. look into her eyes and listen.

whatever girls say they do like bad boys not thugs etc but those with a twinkle in there eyes,i.e(colin farrell) girls want sex as much as boys, but unlike boys they are more selective to who they have sex with.

funny, sweet, brains, ambitions -i so do not like dis word but yeah "sexy"-lol i get put off as its so overused specially when its spelt "sexc"-AWFUL

to me if a good looking guy has a rubbish personality then he becomes ugly

So a dating perspective by your definition zooropa, is in fact a personal perspective. By its very nature this is gonna be impossible to pin down.
