I need help on pe coursework 6 week exercise plan with what a fotball player does in training and there warm ups and warm downs

hi ur gonna have to mention all about the diff types of training like interval training, etc.. plus if u play fotball think about wot u do as a warm up. u have the obvious things like streching that im not gonna go into but u also have diff types of drills like dribling, shooting, passing, etc... which all get u ready 4 a game. u also do short sprints before the match plus a slow jog. lso say a bit about physical training and how to be a pro fotballer u have to be physically strong.
