    So am I right in thinking the pill stops you ovulating, but does not stop you menstruating?

    So if you do not ovulate, does this mean the egg isn't released? Will you get your menopause later? Or is the egg released but the environment made fertilisation-unfriendly.

    Totally depends what pill youre on.

    I don't ovulate or have periods.

    I don't think this would have any effect on when you start the menopause. My mum was on the pill for 20 years or something but I'm sure she won't be getting periods when she's 70.
