Pfft. The bus station maybe, but the train station is at least 30 mins walk to the campus, hardly walking distance and especially if you have luggage. In my opinion, its worth the minimum rate of like £2.80.

Don't be so wet. :p: 15-20 minutes is more realistic. Besides, you could take a taxi (about £3) if you couldn't be bothered to walk through town.

Does anyone have any idea when BES (or, to be specific, EFA) resit results come out? It's a week and a half until Freshers and I am kinda worried now.

Not sure. I've got a friend from EC, and he's not received his resit marks yet... Contact the academic registry?

In year 2(Computer science), the total credits for my mandatory modules + advantage module total up to 90. Would any of you who are past 2nd year recommend I get this total up to 120 credits just like in the first year? in terms of workload and all that. 90 seems a bit low to me for some reason.

It is too low - it must be 120 credits. You need to contact your programme manager (Mr. Cook, I think) to see if they can fix it for you. What I suggest you do first, though, is to look on your Programme Specification (http://www.coventry.ac.uk/cu/d/919/a/5133)

It's a bit wordy, but it should specify what modules you should be taking (and also, if you have any optional modules to select), just be careful that it's not been updated this year, else it'll be the new spec for this year's intake.

You have selected your optional modules (assuming you have some), haven't you?

Thanks for that link, just what I was looking for (even though I did have a handout just forgot about it :/). I actually hadn't chosen any optional modules yet but now that I know I have to I'll get to it. :gthumb:

AFAIK the vast majority of Raglan is fresher orientated.

You know more about Raglan than me, though.

Raglan is mostly first years, but since it's not university owned they don't limit it only to first years (i stayed there for 2 years).
