when i eat all this, ok fair enough i gained like 4 stones, the past 2 years, im 6'4'' 14.5st, possible i reached my limit ?
6 whole large eggs, 4 toasts
50g of oatmeal
500 cals weight gainer, 2 potatoes
Meal 3 :
2 peanut butter sandwiches
200g of tuna (7 oz tuna), 3 bread
2-3 steaks, 3 potatoes
6 whole large boiled eggs
50g of oats
Depends how much exercise you're doing, but that doesn't strike me as being a massive amount of food at all for someone of your weight. However, no one can answer this; it depends entirely on how much you're exercising and your muscle mass. It's perfectly possible to stay 'skinny' on what you're eating.
