Can anyone give me tips on how to approach this question in an intelligent and an easy way?

Comparing 4 poems in 1 go will be hard...so yeah any tips on how to reduce the hardship and go easy with the question....?

Here are the following things which i think will give me a B/C grade:

Good Intro....
Attitude, Tones & Ideas
Language
Structure
Imagery
PEED (Point,Evidence,Explain,Develop)
Personal response...
Good conclusion....

What else? And how can I improve the things mentioned above ^^
Thanks

1 Quotations = different meanings, don't just go for 'this means that'.....something like 'perhaps this means....or that...' etc....basically have an open mind.

Although you're comparing 4 poems, you're not comparing 4 of them simulatenously. You have to talk about one poem, and say you explain the effect of a literary device, you bring in another poem with a similar or different effect/device and only then can you bring in another poem and say something along the lines of : "this is also shown in .." or "this is clearly not the case in..". The beauty of doing GCSE Lit poetry is that WHATEVER you write they have to accept, and credit you for it, but only if you give evidence to support your view and it's at least half thought out.
That's the technique for comparing, but yeah you have to include all the other stuff that you put in that list too.

Good luck, I'm sitting this on Tuesday
