My biggest problem in any exam is putting down what I know and making it relevent to question. Does anyone know how they would structure these questions?

To what extent are racial categories social constructions?

With examples, discuss how nation-states have attempted to incorporate migrants. How successful have these attempts been?

To what extent can transnational communities exist independently from nation-states?

To what extent do ‘ethnicity’ and ‘race’ denote exclusionary power relations?

What is ‘transnational’ theory and to what extent does transnationalism challenge the ideology of nationalism?

Using examples, critically address conceptions and uses of multiculturalism in contemporary society.

Any help offered would be great
