OK i'm lactose intolerant so dairy is out of the question. I also hate the taste/texture of meat and will only eat fish. So i eat a lot of carbs, like pasta potatoes crisps etc all the time. I can't seem to find foods that make me feel satisfied.
I have lost a little bit of weight since i've started exercising again but i think i'm going mad on carbs! :eek3:

There's much more fat in crisps than carbs. Cut them out completely. If you're still eating junk food whilst trying to lose weight how can you be surprised that you're not feeling full?

Carbs are less filling than protein and fats - satiety.
You need to eat foods with fat in them - nuts, avocado, oily fish with pesto etc. And protein of course :smile:.
And of course you need to eat foods high in fibre - vegetables and fruit.
Basically your diet is bad.
