Is olive oil less saturated than sunflower oil?

And in a bromine/iodine test: is it correct to say that "the longer the iodine/bromine takes to change colour, the less saturated the oil is" ?

Many thanks in advance

This web site gives the composition of olive and sunflower oils.
AS for the test if there are many double bonds then it will require more Bromine but I am not sure about time taken to decolourise. May be it might depend on the relative amounts. If the difference in number of double bonds very large them it might take long time.

Sunflower oil is about two-thirds polyunsaturated fat and is therefore much more prone to damage from heat and light than olive oil, which is about 75% monounsaturated.
hope that helps
