Messed up [turned down a girl i like cos she was drunk]

Well theres a girl who I've been on a few dates with and the last time i saw her a few days ago she was drunk and wed kissed etc throught the night but near the end she was totally wasted and when she asked for a kiss i turned away, and I was a bit of a tit the rest of the night to her which i now regret. Although the morning after she apologised to me for being so drunk but later on she said it's put her off , she's gone away for a while and the last things i said to her are that if i don't speak to you have a good time and also that if things mess up over one night i agree theres no point in us.

But I still ike her what do I do?

Say you like her and ask her out somewhere non-drunken. Hell, if you're feeling generous give her flowers and apologise... (even though it doesn't sound like you have much to apologise for, but girls like it anyway).

She knows i like her we've been out a few times before but she says I've put her off in that night and I won't see her for a while now anyway.

Well then lay low for a while till she's forgetten it a bit, then swoop in with the odd nice gesture?

snuggerough would not buy flowers. No sireee. snuggerough would suggest playing it cool. she says she doesn't want u. There is no point declaring ur affection for her if her opinion remains the same. If she likes, she'll get in touch with u. U can only go out with a girl if they like you.

That's... very eloquent.

she's been put off simply because u declined her drunken snog?

If it's not too late, just tell her you didn't want to take advantage of her in a drunken state and you thought if you kissed her there, it might lead to more. Now you're not only in the right, you're also a gentleman.

More than that I was pissed off and took it out on her a bit!

Book her a table at the city's most expensive restaurant, have the invitation delivered by serenade, sip champagne, cover her bed with roses. Recite to her poetry from the deepest recesses of your heart, and promise to her your undying love and affection, a love that will echo through the ages, bright like a sunbeam, natural like the drops of summer rain...

Or buy her a Big Mac and say she's a nice bird. Apologies aren't hard, you know.

Awwwww!

I actually say leave well enough alone. What you said originally (i.e. that there's no point in you being together if one night can be so "messed up") should be what you stick to.

Lol, he's got nothing to apologise for, allow it until she gets in touch, if she doesn't do go running after her.

Any guy that told me I was a nice bird would get a death stare if they were lucky, a slap if they weren't :p:
