No. I keep trying to get down to it but I can't ever seem to focus. In addition picking the authors and books to mention is quite trying.
Have you written yours?
By the way, London you and I seem to be direct competitors - so to speak. We are both going for English at Keble and are both applying post A level.
If anyone has written their PS they need to relax a bit... I started writing mine while at Oktoberfest in Munich - and I finished it the morning I sent it off!

(oh my god... I'm turning into one of those people who last year gave us all slightly patronising advice about needing to 'chill out' and acting like Ox was no big thing...)

I've written a draft of mine but it still needs a bit of tweaking here and there.

I've written mine (I had one from last year so I had the personal parts done :p: ) But it needs correction from teachers and to cut it down a bit! :s-smilie:
I wrote mine last year on October 15 in about an hour and a half. So I'd have to leave it really late this year to beat my record.

I didn't write mine until mid-September at least

I've kind of been adding bits to mine over the last few months as and when they occur to me!

Whatever subject you may be going for there is no need to mention seven books/authors. More than that sounds like a shopping list. And try and say something short but insightful about them instead of "I read a, b, c, d, e, f etc".

I can't remember when I wrote mine but I probably left it till the last minute cos thats what Im like :s-smilie:

I've already written mine (well, at least done kind of a final draft) But I don't think there's anything wrong with not procrastinating untill October - if you're ready to do it, why shouldn't you?

Mine's on ucas, within the line and character limit etc. I just started copying and pasting bits from word onto ucas and over the last few months its taken shape. God knows if its good or not, but I like it.

I'm finishing a couple of books I'm going to mention in my PS before I actually start writing it.

I wouldn't bother too much, by the time you come to get interviewed you have forgotten everything. Put down books that you intend to read (but sy that you have read them)

Well I was planning to write a small section about points that I found interesting in the books.

eventually you might turn into a cranky person after copying, pasting & linking the very comprehensive online information about the slightly complex admissions procedure for your course & correcting the subject requirement misconceptions for the billionth time. though might i recommend font size 5 & font colour red as having therapeutic value?
Sorry , LondonBoy. i wasn'tpaying proper attention and got you muddled up with "LondonSteve181".
