Yep. Usually when I see some annoyingly gorgeous girl and realise Gemski's a few hundred miles away. But it passes

yeh, i find i like a guy but i have doubts and dont know if i love them. I dont end up in a relationship for long, because if you dont love them then surely there isnt a relationship or a future to it.

I used to in previous relationships; I'm quite an indecisive, unsure person and I generally overanalyse. I'm finding now though that I'm totally in love and nothing can really make me doubt that - maybe I've just grown up a bit, or maybe I've found the right person for me..? I don't know!

Yes, definately. I do sometimes thing that our actual relationship doesn't weigh up the ideal that I've always had in my head. But this passes because I wouldn't want to introduce the idea and then manifest it into a problem that just isn't there/isn't so bad.

It takes a great deal more effort to keep relationships together than I ever thought before I actually had one.

That is oh so true. The problem materialises, though, when ONE of the partners stops trying and starts taking the relationship for granted.

Yup! When the beautiful girl I'm seeing has absolutely no common sense.

She is as sweet as can be, lovely, funny, beautiful and means well but it infuriates me when I have to explain the simplest stuff. Oh well. Off to uni soon.

yes, the girl is beautiful. A model even. she is clever and witty. She has a wondeful smile and is self sufficient. she is everything snuggerough has ever dreamed of.
But she can't quite understand some simple things. she has to go !

curse this world, for being so cruel. Why.... oh why ?

At least I don't feel alone now. It's really random things. Like I found out the boy was casually seeing someone just before we got together, and it's like "what? you told me you weren't". Silly lies like that. I guess I thought he was near perfect and he's not.

Deception kills any relationship before it even starts. I found out the truth about the girl I loved - rather too late - but that's another story.

@ Billistic - I read your story in the other thread - I feel for you.

Anyone else get them every so often? Even when you're with someone you love?

i don't tend to get doubts, but its the fact i have a very beautiful gf and i am just worried about losing her, she could have so many people and she chose someone like me!
Yeah get them every now and then I suppose we all get them at some point.

If you don't have occasional doubts - you risk becoming complacent - which leads to taking your partner for granted - the death-knell for so many relationships.
Laugh if you want - but introduce her to something different. Send her some flowers (unannounced) - book a candlelit dinner - you know - that old fashioned thing called ROMANCE.
