how much storage is there in the rooms ie wardrobes/drawers? also what are they like in general? nice or not so nice?

Storage is fairly good theres a wardrobe with storage space above it and a couple shelves also some draws on the desk. The room did looki a bit worse for wear and could do with a coat of paint.

Is room 01 on the ground floor?

Where are the showers etc?

Room one is on the ground floor with 2 other rooms and the kitchen, on the first floor there are 5 rooms a toilet and shower and the
same on the second floor, showers are just along the corrider next to the rooms.
