firstly i want to congratulate everyone on their GCSE results.

but its not over! i personally thought the last 2 years....went, well, rather quick. I have yet another 2 years to go to finish my a levels.

I hope everyone is happy with their results...i am one thing i want to point out, something all a level students did wrong, is that you shud not be too confident.

Whether you got 10 a stars..........or 3....a levels are totally different. I know a friend who got 6 a* and 4a's but ended up with 3e's......she was over confident, but in the end she saw the difference between a levels and GCSE. GCSE's are baby work next to a levels and to think that you could do well in both just because you achieved high in GCSE's is not the case.

i hope everyone spends time choosing the subjects they want to take in a levels. Dont choose subjects that are above your standard..........choose subjects you enjoy.....i'm sure you wouldn't want to drop a subject in the second year.

    anyway......skools over....a levels are beginning...then university....then a job......then then then...ahhh...WHEN DOES IT STOP!

    ...Retirement, then death.

Good luck to you, Personally I couldn't be further from confident, I'm soiling myself (not literally, if I had wouldn't be posting on a forum delcaring it to everyone)

I think I will drop one subject after a year, not sure which one though. probably sociology as I haveno idea what that is.

There is an exception with some people though i.e. me.

I know that I'll get four A's no problem. It will be bit of a challenge though. Oh well I'll cope. It'll probably more of a challenge for me to find my results slip than to get four A's at A level.
