Raleigh has a Hall Bar (albeit a smallish one), St P's doesn't.

What else matters?

and its close to town! So no expensive taxis and lots more choice when u want to go out!
Personally I would choose Raleigh Park because it has a bigger community and has a bar and what not. St. Peter's Court is just a building isolated from everywhere. BUT, my friend lived there and she said her room was huge. Closer to the city I think too.
From what i've heard, st peter's aint too far from raleigh anyway, and the deal is that there are no wardens etc to hassle you, it's got the gym on site, and a wider mix of people (there're gonna be trent students there as well). Oh yeah, and it's cheaper.
There's a guy called skanz or skanzee knocking about who was there last year, so you might wanna pm him. Also, have a look at the st peters thread on www.weekone.co.uk, there's a bit more there about it.

They're only a few hundred metres from each other, so not really. However RP is on a main road and bus route, StP's is down a side street near nothing else.

Ah I see, sorry bout that. Dropped my friend off at St. Peter's court at around 2 am after clubbing from a taxi and lost my sense of direction I guess!
