You are classic example of why labours policy is failing badly.

That is nice, I have seen 13 year olds on this site much more mature than you. I am not fat either. And yes I have a life, but that also involves study.

Sorry, but seen it to often. Otherwise very bright and capable students pissing away their opportunity at the SU bar and getting thrown off the course after the first year.

My advise? (for what it's worth) Work your cotton socks off and get the best degree you can get.......you'll need it to compete with the umpteen million graduates that will be looking for a job at the same time you are.

BUT. MAKE SURE YOU GO OUT AND DRINK 10 PINTS AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK!!

You do realise that most foundation *courses* are taught through FE colleges so no halls of residence/student houses etc...it's like another yr of 6th form but cramming 3 a levels study into one year

Just you wait! I'm in Electronic Engineering (1st year) and I get 29 hours of lectures per week, with all 9am starts. Foundation year is slightly easier at 26 hours/week. If you think you can mess about I'm afraid you are going to have problems!
