erm doubt it about breast cancer but aparently it helps stop them from sagging if you wear them in bed for like just 3-4 times a week

Its surely healthier to let them... well breathe I suppose.
I find it uncomfortable to go totally supportless though, so I recommend the 'secret support' tops from M & S... amazing
lol yea, i dont usually wear one in bed, but i have new pjamas which are kinda baggy round the top, so i kinda hav to wear a bra lol otherwise i kinda hag out a bit hehe
I wear one in bed quite a lot. I've just got used to it over the years and don't find it at all uncomfortable.
i always keep mine on, i hardly take it off, only if im really hot, or something.

i find them much more comfortable, i like my bras lol
wearing a bra, especially one too tight, prevents your lymph nodes (under your armpits) from draining fluids
this has been linked to an increased risk of breast cancer
it is recommended you wear a bra as little as possible, or atleast do not wear underwired ones

so there you go

Everything has a link with breast cancer nowadays. One day I will read every magazine and tabloid newspaper and cut out every article that says something like "eating three teaspoons of spinach every day could reduce the risk of cancer" and use them to devise the 'ideal' diet.

Until then I will wear a bra in bed because I don't want my breasts to be hanging round my waist by the time I'm thirty.

theyre not exactly going to lose elasticity by just sleeping on your back.
