Its just like when you're in a club playing loud music and spend the whole the next day hearing everything through a weird hazy background nosie is all.

It'll probablary be gone when you wake up tomorrow.

It's annoying tone thing...where the tone rings in your head...I dont know how to explain it.

its still here the morning after, but not so bad, so hopefully it'll go over time! i was worried i was cracking up!

Yeah, it should go with time, although Tinnitus is an ear condition whereby you hear noises in your ear, such as a rumbling or siren. It's most likely that it will go though as you say. Very annoying anyway!

yea ive got chronic tinnitus i only really notice it at nite in bed or when im on my own in a quiet place. its ***** but u learn to live with it

It's tinnitus (I have had it for years).
It was caused by the alarm, and should not outlive it by more than a few days max.
Stop worrying.
Try having it for 10+ years ;-)

aww u poor thing, has it gone now? hmm not really sure wot to recommend-but dont worry it's not psychological, its just cos its such a stupid high pitched noise it makes ur ears ring. like realllly loud music. but yeh, if its still there in a day i would get doccy to have a look!! dont worry if it happens nxt yr u got ur very own med student living next door to help ya remember!! :biggrin: (tho i reallly dont no how much help ill be lol)
