Nope its not a crinimal offense is it? . The most it will do is damage your ability to apply for loans and other forms of credit.

Its only a crinimal offensive if its frued i.e you took a loan out and lied about a job to get it. Then if you could not be it back they could press crinimal charges.

Hello

Wonder if anyone can help? If you are issued with a notice of default as you pay a bill late etc, does this appear on your criminal record? I know it does on a credit check but wasnt sure if it would be picked up on a CRB check?

pffft

people innocently miss payments all the time - would be a little harsh to give them a criminal record!

no
i can see it now.....

Failure to pay credit isn't a crime.

It simply means that it would be harder to obtain credit, if you default.

Not a crime so not on criminal record
Yea, dw, it wont be.

I recently had a debt collection agencey chaseing me for the sum of £23.34... Seems an old domain I had got renewed by my company, even though they knew full well that the card they had on record had expired (bastards)

On a side note, dont EVER host with oneandone.com!

If you intentionally miss/refuse to make payments, yes it is a crime.

I don't think that's the context of this question though.
