Put your head in a door frame and slam the door really hard. The pain will be so unbearable you will greatly appreciate the headache from your hangover.

if it's bad, take some paracetamol and keep drinking lots of water and wait.

next time, drink a lot of water when you get home to avoid being dehydrated, and I find having something to eat like cereal helps a lot before going to sleep. brush your teeth when you go to sleep and when you wake up cos I sometimes find I have the taste of alcohol in my mouth the next morning, which I hate.

when I come in from a night out I always try and get about 3 pints of cold water down my neck before I go to bed and then I have a nice breakfast in the morning and it usually sorts me out! The water definately sorts out the dehydration and thats the worst thing for me! Try this next time and see if it helps you.
i dont ever get hangovers! *smug*

unless i drink wine :s:

but yeah, loads and loads of water and try and sober up a bit before you go to sleep...
I've yet to find an effective way to cure a hangover the day after. Especially if it's my stomach that's playing up. However, I rarely have hangovers as I usually drink plenty of water before I go to bed. Sometimes I'll be sleeping over at someone else's house, so I'll be out of routine, and due to the alcohol, forget to drink water. :frown:

The coolest thing is to drink some water after every drink you have the night before, no hangover then. Pretty much do the same thing for when you are having a hangover, just don't have anything sweet.

Feynman.
a fry up :p:
or just eating plain old bread to soak up all the alcohol in ya body

drink LOOOOAAAADDDSSSS of water before going to bed and that takes the edge of it a bit....the real marvel of the hangover cure world are rennies (anti-acid things)....they sort out a hangover stomach like magic, something to do with the fact that drinking raises the acid levels in ur stomach or something, but the important thing it works! still not found anything to sort out the dazed 'urrrrgggg' feeling of the morning after a really heavy night tho - any ideas anyone?

I find the best way to get rid of a hangover is to go to work.

apparently you get a hangover/headache because the alcohol dehydrates you and makes your brain shrink and increases pressure in your skull  a good meal before you go out and water by the gallon when you get in is what i do. I always get chronic stomach pains the day after drinking.. does anyone else get that? and if so any cures?
