Helloo, i'm in Lindsay Hall too, block S though. Havent been able to find any pics yet so i have no idea what its like!! Does anyone know? I'm so nervous about living all on my own, i have visions of myself crying in a corner at the icebreaker disco thingy!!

me too! that is my vision for how the first night will go lol. im in block s which is the only block i havent seen any pics of. as long as there aint rats im cool.

yeah im defo takin my laptop... but reckon i should buy a back-up laptop cause mine is always breakin. i havent bought anything yet. im gonna have to do lots of shoppin pretty soon. ill have to put on a sad face and get my mum to dish out some money's

i've just sent my off today. Im pretty sure the deadline is 9th Sept....i think...I got a passport type photo for it which is obviously terrible! (they always are!) I'm not sure what happened to the photo i sent off with my accommodation application though, i couldnt work out why they needed it! lol

ooh ok thats fine! im scared too, talking on msn will be so much easier than actually properly commicating with people while im there...which is just too scary! lol.

Lindsay Hall is great, I lived there last year in P block. O block is the same as P and the accomodations pretty good, the kitchen can get hectic at times tho but its all good fun!

The 2 cleaners who do P and O blocks our lovely, can't remember the name of O blocks cleaner but ours was Pauline. Oh yeah and if they don't do a good job cleaning your rooms or you make a major mess you can easily break into the cleaning cupboards!

Had some friends in S block-its very nice, ensuite and big rooms. Is a big block tho and I think mixed accomodation, I know last year they kept getting fined for damage and didnt get much of their deposits back.

I know thats what i meant. (sarcasm is very difficult to portray in type! lol) Its gonna be really awkward talking to people for real after talking to them on here! Ooh its just a big scary daunting process...but im sure we'll all get through it and be fine! hurrah! :biggrin:

cooool im in O block. glad to hear its nice!! guna make it sooo nice an homely!! loads of home comforts, probs wont b able 2 get in for the amount of teddys lol :smile:
