Taking G/F to Manchester?

*Posted this in another section, but think it suits best here.

Im meeting my g/f this friday, I want to take her to a quiet, mayb sceneic, peaceful area with hardly any people about.
Mayb where there is grass and trees about to have a picnic (Park).
Any recomendations.
Main criteria is it has to be quiet with hardly any one about.

There's a really good toilet in the Urbis centre and when I was in there I barely remember anyone else being in there at all - it wasn't at all crowded in the cubicle. That's just for if your outdoor plans get ruined...
