COPE - Certificate of Personal Effectiveness

Wanted to know if anyone had done this scheme (particularly level 3) - Our school is offering a pilot of the course, as it's new to Northern Ireland under CCEA, although I believe it has been available elsewhere in the UK.

I've found some info on the ASDAN website although any feedback on personal experience would be appreciated (am considering signing up - and will have to be quick about it)
