I need to put on weight atm... because I have high metabolism... I have tuna sandwiches, but still not bulking up...?


to increase you calories buy some fine instant oats. 9.99 for 5kg from www.myprotein.co.uk

each serving (100g) two and half scoops has 388 calories, mixes easily with milk and great source of carbohydrates. Great for clean bulking..
Use between 1-3 times a day...

add a potential 1164cal to your daily intake and really easy and fast to consume...

Then eat food that are healthy but have high calories in them. Try and add a bit more calories to you meals every day, don't worry about protein as much yet as that would come naturally if your putting on weight.

Put extra things like cheese in your pasta, have flavoured milk etc
google food with high calorie intake that are healthy

Yes it works, it is basically extra "clean" calories (ie not fat)

This is merely a supplement, don't use as a replacement for your main meals... each serving (100g) has 388 calories and taking it twice a day adds 776 calories (excluding the milk).

You have to have three main meals and small meals in between, ie bagel, fruit, etc as well as your oat shakes (you can add it to your protein shake or take it seperate). Eat something more or less every two hours...

train hard and heavy to bulk up.

I find eating the hardest part of training!

what is your basic training program... ie spilt muscle groups, reps/sets?

im trying to gain muscle:eek: , but im restrcited to certain meats because of my religious beliefs. I would appreciate any help from my fellow gym go'ers.:smile:

give up your religious beliefs and eat some pork.

other non-halal meat will do for building muscle too.

That is basically a normal diet to gain muscle with any pork replaced with lamb / chicken / beef, just going halal. :cool:

No you are wrong we are actually proud and there is really good reason y we can't eat pork

Reason.1. It eats garbage it's like a over sized rat no offense
