I hope I don't get lumped with people who buy 5 tesco ready meals for 4 quid and eat them all the time. I hope people don't complain when I get my wok out or when I make Iranian food!

I usually go to markets to buy my fruit as it is usually much nicer, fresher and cheaper. Also does anyone know if there are any foreign foodstores apart from your usual Asian and African ones? I was just thiking because Leeds population is 3 times that of Newcastle where I live so I was figuring there'd be a bit more variety.

whats the problem as long as they don't force you to eat them, you should be happy they will literally be 5minutes in the kitchen and only use the microwave! the oven, work surfaces etc will be free for you to make anything you like.

I will be really annoyed if anyone in my flat starts whinging bout what i choose to eat(if it doesn't affect them in anyway), because its non of there business! People won't want a mum figure saying oo no readymeals for you thats too unhealthy eat your greens, , not saying you will be like that though

Good point! It would just be nice to have someone else there who enjoyed cooking I guess.
