Aargh!! Useless personal tutor!

In July I handed my Key Skills portfolio in - a year's worth of work and research. I took two Level 3 Communications exams and passed - but I received a certificate yesterday saying I only got Level 2 (which is below 3).

So, I went to enquire about it today. Turns out my level is 2 because the examinations office didn't receive any indication I've done my portfolio. My old tutor didn't hand any of my work in. Absolutely none of it.

I know you can get UCAS points per level for this. I know it's not exactly an A Level, but I put work in that thing and to find out that because of some useless (turns out it's just me! Urgh!) personal tutor, I'm down a level in Key Skills.

She's based in another campus this year seven miles away, conveniently. I might call her but I don't know if it'll do any good - would probably end up having a go at her.

Anyone know what I should do?
