Quick Question
I had an conditional offer; I've already found out my grades the other day which is enough to get me on my course.
Do I have to call the uni just to tell them I've got my grades or are they automatically sent by the college to the uni so UCAS will sort it out and I don't even need to contact them?

This depends on what qualification you're taking. There is a page on the UCAS site (or even on the TSR wiki) that tells you what qualifications are automatically sent. If yours isn't on this list then you would need to notify them. But if you do notify them and they get the results automatically anyway it will not cause a problem so e-mail them if you're unsure.
