Thursday

Breakfast: 2 weetabix with strawberries and semi skimmed milk. Glass of juice.

Lunch: A ham and egg salad with a small amount of dressing and condiments.

Dinner: Jacket potato, homemade quiche, salad and liberally applied condiments :eek:

Other things: An orange, 2 wine gums, 2 Ryvita's and 2 Oatakes.

Several glasses of juice. Hot water with lemon x 2.

Overall feelings: Too much! :frown: But then I did bike nearly 20 miles this morning.

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk + 1 glass of 5 alive berry blast and a kiwi fruit

Lunch: chicken ceasar sala flatbread and a bag of walkers potatoe heads (ready salted) and an apple

Dinner: a good fellows four cheese pizza

Other things: large slice of cherry cake... erm a few chocolate digestives and a banana

Thursday:

Breakfast-One slice of White toast, one apple and a glass of orange juice
Lunch-Tuna Sandwich, Packet of quavers, chocolate cake bar, diet coke
Dinner-Chicken with tarragon and other herbs, mashed potato, carrots, baby sweetcorn, peas
OtherDiet coke, water, raisins, chocolate

Today was a bad day in terms of snacking but it was horrible day at work!!

Breakfast: Cup of coffee, hayfever tabs :smile:

Lunch: cheese and beatroot sandwich

Dinner: Homemade beef burgers, chicken and white wine pasta and sauce, archers vea, slice of artic roll.

Other things: Small turkish delight bar, 5 haribo, 3 polos(not packs), apple juice, several glasses of squash

Wow, I can remember it all for once...:p: I usually eat twice as much as this.

Lunch: cheese and onion pasty

Dinner: beef and tomato stew type thing, corn, french fries

Other things: Half a 50cl bottle of water (damn, really should drink more), 2 Rocky chocolate bars, 2 crunch corner yoghurts

Lunch: Tuna salad and a yoghurt

Dinner: Ham and mushroom pasta

Other things: Water, an apple

Lunch:ham sandwich, more water

Diner: fish, rice, green beans, even more water

Other things: glass of milk, 1 rich tea biscuit, 3 bourbon biscuits, random chocolates+sweets,apricot yoghurt.

Ok i hate 2 break up the diary lol, but cud sum1 tell me, i nothat its important 2 eat breakfast but i dont. The thing is, i simply dont feel hungry in the morning, and I feel that it would be bad to force myself 2 eat stuff. Should u only eat wen ur hungry, or should u always eat breakfast??

Ok i hate 2 break up the diary lol, but cud sum1 tell me, i nothat its important 2 eat breakfast but i dont. The thing is, i simply dont feel hungry in the morning, and I feel that it would be bad to force myself 2 eat stuff. Should u only eat wen ur hungry, or should u always eat breakfast??


Could you just eat something little like a piece of fruit or a yoghurt or even just a cup of juice? That might be better than nothing. I think eating in the morning is important because it kickstarts your metabolism and for energy because you haven't eaten all night, but I'm not really sure

Thursday:

Lunch: Cheese roll, bag of crisps, reese's nutrageous bar
Dinner: Beans on toast
Snacks: sherbet, chocolate muffin, eight cups of tea

Doesn't sound that much for a normal day for me but sounds way more than all you guys! Diet starts on Monday!

Friday

Lunch: Chicken sandwich, bag of crisps
Dinner: Couple of chicken nuggets
Snacks: Handful of popcorn, two reeses cup thingies (oh I'm addicted), some sherbet, slush puppy, lots of cups of tea.

Must go weigh myself!

Lunch: Wholemeal pasta with tinned tomatoes and basil

Dinner: Salmon, brocolli, sweetcorn, new potatoes

Other things: 1 glass cranberry juice, 2 litres water, 2 cups of peppermint tea.

Breakfast: Weetabix Minis - Fruit and Nut Variety and milk!

Lunch: Scrambled Egg on Toast

Dinner: Oven chips and chargrilled chicken

Other things: digestives biscuits, banana


hmm thats funny, im sure ive eaten more today! i usually eat alot more, but i think its cause i was working all day :frown:

Breakfast: Cornflakes with tonnes of sugar <<<i know its awful!

Lunch: I had a cod sandwich! (just like a fish finger sandwich) lol<< strange i know, and a yoghurt and OJ

Dinner: Spicy Chickeny type stuff...im never quite sure what it is, it just tastes good, has carrots,onions, green beans and chicken with rice.

Other things: Toffee ice cream! < that was to calm my mouth down after all the spice!

lotsa pints of skimmed milk and oj and a pint of water.

Lunch: subway 6inch pizzasub with extra cheese & gherkins and a peach

Dinner: mashed potatoes and mince beef dish (lots of) and loads of cheese
