aww..i know how you feel- got REALLY burnt all over my back on hol this year! yeh, use after sun on it- smother it on- use the whole bottle if necessary! it'll help to prevent too much horrible peeling aswell (at least it did for me on hol!) try putting the after-sun in the fridge for a bit first- is soo much nicer that way!

There's a Banana Boat product called 'Sooth-A-Caine' which is a gel that you spray on and it helps to moisturize and also relieve pain.

Drink lots of water. If you were sitting in the sun you (and your skin) is prob dehydrated

Then you can scoop the yoghurt into the pot and take it back to the supermarket and complain that it appears to have flakes of human skin in it.

niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!

use a helluva lot of aftersun, where loose cotton clothing, do the natural yoghurt idea (it actually works!) and where lots of suncream next time you're out in the sun so you learn from the mistake! :p:

Hope it feels better soon. And I love the little monkey, it's ace
Like people say just put moisturiser and things on your skin. It'll help stop it peeling too.
