Penis size debate

Right first things first! this isnt another "is my penis big enough" debate.. its a look into the psychology behind it as i'm beginning to tire of it: Do men really want advice on this subject? or do they want to boast to everyone at the size of their penis and see if they should still be boasting? We've seen the advice over and over... its not how big it is, its what you do with it, girth is better than length.. the answers are anywhere you care to look yet its still in these archives over and over.. moreso than any other topic.

So the question is:

Why are guys still asking about this subject if they're not actually concerned about penis size?

And mods, i know you'll think about deleting this because its not strictly offering advice on relationships etc... but its health related and i'm sure you wanna see the views offered? maybe contribute your own? :tsr:

WHAT guys aren't concerned?!??!! lol. i dont let this subject rule my life, but in all fairness, what with all these glossy magazines and womens tv programs (such as those ones where women got 2gethr and talk bout nothing but sex ) , men have every reason to be worried!!! All these "sex and the city" types expect men 2 be walkin with a baseball bat between their legs!! Nuff sed, aint gonna happen!

but are you actually concerned ? i mean do you look down and think "@$£@%%" or do you just feel you should be concerned? im starting to think its a nice little media goldmine! Front cover: Women talk about manhoods! Inside: "Girth is more important" "its what you do with it that counts" "Generic comment 1" "generic comment 2"

Its not the size that counts, but the thickness

It isn't going to grow if you think about more, so you might as well accept what you've got, and get on with life.

lol no I don't give a **** really as long as it isn't 3 inches long. which it isn't. so that's cool.

I think boys actually Are concerned, yes. They like to hear that it's big enough --> ego boost (yes, probably through media). Well I only know this about one guy really but Duck and Cover here said the same, so, yeah... *walks out of the boys thread*

Eh?

No, it is quite small. I've not had any complaints though, so I'm not bothered.

Well, when I say small, I mean average, which is rather small.

Is that by your standards or the women's standards?

Medical records say the average is 6 inches.

For the Americans. The average in Britain is apparantly around 5 inches, according to some penis doctor from UCL.
