"The University of Bristol Engineering Society"

I'm thinking of joining this with the form i was sent in the registration pack, because it looks like an active society and £10 for the whole period at uni is pretty cheap.

I'm also a fan of paintballing, so i was hoping to get to do that.

Can anyone who's part of it tell me whats its like and whether it was worth it.

I only took part in one event this year - they organised a trip to the Imax to see Spiderman II on the huuuuuge screen. I get plenty of e-mails about other things though - they do trips to Alton Towers, paintballing like you say, have their own sport teams and things. At £10 for 4 years, you can't really go wrong.

i thought it was pretty crap actually. Hardly ever got back to me about stuff either.
