What exactly do you need to know? I assume you already know the basic plot but what else do you need? Do you need to analyse the language or just talk about the characters and the plot?

I have found two websites which maybe useful to you:
http://www.shakespearehelp.com/othello/main.htm
http://www.123helpme.com/search.asp?text=othello

I can only remember a few things to do when analysing Shakespeare but here they are:
1) Themes - do they run through the whole play or just a scene and what is the effect
2) Imagery and figurative language - look at the effects of metaphors, similies, personification, oxymorons, symbols and paradox
3) Actions that each character may perform during a piece and how they affect the way the piece is viewed by the audience
4) Control and turn-taking - who is in control? Look at who speaks the most, the longest lines, silences and interuptions.
5) Diction - odd words used, strong words, words with double-meanings, connotations, ambiguity, repetition and onomatopeias.
6) Language devices - alliteration, consance, assonance and puns
7) the sounds of words and the connotations of that sound e.g. S's can sound like serpents which have the connotaion of evil and the devil
8) Speech - tone of speech, volume, pitch (child, woman, man), emotions, mood and feel of the piece
9) Style - structure, rhyme (regular or irregular)
10) Characters interaction with the environment around them

I hope this helps slightly.
