I wouldn't worry too much about the application process yet as from my understanding and as stated on the RAF careers website you aren't able to apply until at least 3 months before due to finish
The RAF have extended the application window out to 12 months - that means you can apply at any time during the final year of nurse education.

I may have some good news for you - the RAF Nursing Services extended their application window in Sep 15 - you can now apply at any point during your final year of nurse education.
