I lost 3 stone 5 years back and I have kept my weight down but I still have a little fat to loose as I am now a skinny fat! But I don’t not want to join a gym but I was wondering if I was just using resistance bands and not very heavy weights could I even achieve a half decent body ?

I think it‘s a matter of not having positive momentum that drives you fwd...

And habits... you get into a habit fo doing smth useful like going to the gym (vs eating) or reading (vs TV) and it becomes a virtuous circle..!

On the subject of nutrition and exercise - I am doing a project and running a quick survey. £100 prize draw for those who fill it in

If you are member of a gym and use sports nutrition products please participate!

Thanks a lot
