Hair is always a winner, then the rest lol, but a lot of my *first impression judgements* comes from a girls general expression, so her eyes, smile etc...

eyes and smile, if they have great eyes you can be attracted to them instantly, and a great big smile just attracts my attention, but with some women there are other things that you can't help to miss. but thats not the first thing i normally notice, i normally look around at eye level and its the eyes that tend to catch my attention

Quick first glance - notice hair, clothes, body shape, face - then I look down at the legs (my favourite!). I always seem to notice what shoes they are wearing. Face and legs are most important for me

Gonna possibly sound weird but I've had a good think about this since the cricket finished 
I look at their general posture and facial expressions at first. Kinda gives an impression if a girl is comfortable with herself. I don't mean mega-confident, just....erm comfortable. I suppose that gives you a look at "the whole package" as well. Then I take her look at her eyes. Not sure about the reason for that but the eyes give me some strange (and probably wrong) insight into her soul/personality. Then it's a longer glance at her face and body but also the way she is interacting with others.
Took me ages to dissect my perving technique, wasn't quite what I expected to figure out to be honest but there you have it
EDIT: forgot to mention the legs are pretty important, again can't explain that one either. God I'm strange

First off I notice the boobies, then I try to examine her record collection (literally, this isn't a euphemism).

probably amoungst the first things is: is she wearing a lot of makeup? then i can make a proper judgement based on eyes, come-hither looks, confidence, smile - and as long as the body fits the attitude its fine.
