there are many things you can do with the bands, they can be ustilised in many ways which suit you, basically if you play around and find ways of using them you will be building muscle. but have a look at the link and best of luck!

Didn't the bands come with some leaflety thing? I've been thinking of geting some, but wouldn't really know what to do with them. The long one with handles you can stand on with one handle in each hand and pull up to your chin, but mot sure about anything else.

My fave one is the figure of 8 type one, I mainly use them for my upper arms, and theyre def workin :biggrin:

Yeah thats wot i thought at first, but then I started using them and it was like -- :cool: -- lol. Theyre really effective, i mean obv not if u just stretch them once then shove them away, but I do them when wathcin TV an stuff, and u dont have 2 really strain urself either :biggrin:
