Astronomy 'A' level

Does anyone study this? Just I hear Edexcel do it and might just study it because I've always wanted to study Astronomy. It's also not as if I'm starting completely from scratch because it used to be a pretty big past-time for me years ago and I studied 'A' level physics and the best module I did was cosmology (A grade).

So anyone?

Wow, I would have loved to do that. I didn't do physics 'cos I didn't like the electricity, etc. side.

I love Cosmology!

Too bad my A levels are over and done with. :frown:

Well if you see 'A' levels only for qualifying for university then I guess they're over with but there's nothing stopping you studying after your main ones are over with except the usual factors such as time etc.

I might undertake the subject on a self-study basis and find a college/sixth form that will enter me for exams that they don't hold themselves.

Often one reason why mature students go to university is because of a missed opportunity from the past. I see no reason why other qualifications can be the same.
