Hi,
How do I separate an ODE by using mathod of separation of variable of following equation:
dy/dx=xy+2y-x-2/xy-3y+x-3.
Please explain every single step by commits :smile:

If you need every single step then first, are you sure you're cut out to be doing this type of mathematics yet, and second, have you even attempted it yourself?

you have +2y and then -3y, can you rewrite it out using brackets to show which part is in the frcation

dy/dx=xy+2y-x-2/xy-3y+x-3.
dy/dx=[(x+2)(y-1)]/[(x-3)(y+1)]
now you want to rearrange to the form of f(y)dy=g(x)dx (when you have this you immediately put the integral sign on both sides and then you solve by integration)
