May sound really really stupid but 2 years ago had a back tooth removed and was told it was a very large tooth that was touching a nerve on the nose and there would be a permanent hole there, the hole in the gum seems to have sealed but since then have had throat and nose problems and also my appetite has changed drastically and have been feeling often like I have a head cold and little taste(have gained weight too but I dont think thats the main reason)

When I often try and swallow I get a slight dry feeling on my adams apple and have a constant slightly blocked up nose that needs picked often.

I also get a breathing problem in my nose so when I breathe in heavy/snort I get very bad breath!
