Basically I'm on the verge of exceeding my natwest overdraft (not quite there but got a friends birthday which I'd like to be able to buy a drink for T_T) and so was wondering if anyone could find out or knows from previous experiences how much it would cost me to go £10 over my overdraft limit.

The overdraft is a student one for a Student Account, in which the limit is £1000 and I've finished my first year at university.

Thanks for your time

Well my friend did it, basically I've got enough in my account to let my next bill come out but I know for a fact Direct Debits will continue to come out, (phone contract)

Surely you can get a tenner from somewhere else? ie family or friends.

Pfft checked my account and the phone bills already come out, so now I'm scared that when I reimburse myself of like £1.00 or whatever they'll THEN charge me £20, put me BACK into the overdraft and charge me AGAIN (even though they're forcing me into the negative-negative land!)
