Help!!! I have to write a casenote on Mirvahedy v Henley!! Though I have all the essential details ( even the ratio!!!!! ) I have NEVER in my life EVER had to write such a note, and looking in the law quarterly reviews for examples (as per my tutor's suggestion when I begged him for help) is VERY confusing; does anyone have any ideas about the general structure of these wretched things? I have no idea where to begin ( other than with the material facts!) I'd be most grateful!
Thanx,
Nia
