i had sex approximately 2 weeks ago and last night i lost blood with a few clumps in it even though my period is not due for another 2 weeks. I went out the night before and consumed alcohol not been aware that i could have been pregnant, however now i am beginning to think that the bleeding may have been the result of an early miscarriage. Is it likely that this could have been the case? or is it too early to show signs of a miscarriage. Thank you for your help.

    I think you can yes.
But if you had sex two weeks ago, this doesn't mean you are two weeks pregnant. The process can take up to a week I think for you to become pregnant. And even if you did have sex during your ovulation period the chances of you being and pregnant and have a miscarriage is highly unlikely.

Was the blood light or heavy?

Edit - I've just looked it up on google. You could be right.

Implantation takes 7-10 days so unlikely a miscarriage.
Either way, why does it matter? If you're trying to get pregnant then you shouldn't be drinking, if you're not, then why would a miscarriage bother you?
You should probably see a doctor for bleeding between periods however, could be something nasty.
