I've been applying to a bunch of relevant jobs online without bothering to check whether they're temporary or permanent. I've one specific one back asking me for an interview, but the placement seems to be a permanent trainee position. I've applied for university entry and if I get in I'll be starting in October so I'd basically work for only two months. Should bother going through the process for this job?

no, its fine either say i needed a job for the summer or i got better grades than i imagined and so i'm going to university. My brother has done it two years in a row and employers are understanding and usually offer holiday work. Got for it
